New Headstar Graduate Scheme Launched

It’s never been a better time to be a grad. In fact, our latest blog article, recently featured in the Yorkshire Times, discussed some of the ways employers can benefit from hiring a graduate.

No experience? No problem

No matter what you studied at university, you can have an exciting career here. We won’t be asking you to simply learn on the job. We’ve got a thorough training plan in place which will not only teach you recruitment, but related skills such as marketing, negotiation, sales, advert writing, financial management, and much more. 

You’ll also have a structured, comprehensive career progression plan and ongoing investment in your development to help you become an expert and continue to be promoted. You’ll be fully invested in, as after all graduates like you are the future leaders of our business.

What’s in it for me?

Graduates will get an initial base salary of £20 – £25k, plus an industry leading commission scheme of up to 30%. Unlike other agencies, we have no monthly threshold which means you earn on every penny. That means your expected total pay will be around £45k in your first year.

Benefits include 38 days holiday, including bank holidays, your birthday and a wellbeing day. Everyone is rewarded for great performance with an overseas trip. This year the whole team are jetting off to New York! Previous destinations include Miami, Copenhagen and Edinburgh. Vouchers are also regularly awarded to recognise individual contributions on top of your commission. There’s a hybrid work setup with flexibility, and free parking in Leeds city centre. We’re also running a brand new programme to support your mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing.
