What you’ll be doing: 

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Supporting reporting and variance analysis
• Assisting with month-end and finance processes
• Partnering with operational teams and wider finance colleagues
• Helping maintain stability during a busy transition period

What they need:

• Strong Management Accountant background (CIMA qualified)
• Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
• Experience in SME or multi-site businesses beneficial
• Hansa ERP experience highly desirable
