Looking for an interim role where you can step in, stabilise a team, and help drive improvement during a period of change?

Ross is working with a large, PE-backed business that’s continuing to evolve following significant growth and acquisition activity. They’re now looking for a strong Finance Manager to support a key operational division within the group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and reviewing a team of 3 Management Accountants
  • Improving reporting quality and process consistency
  • Partnering with operational leadership across the business
  • Supporting change and transformation initiatives
  • Getting into the detail to help stabilise the function

What they need: 

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)
  • Strong management accounting background
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Confident stakeholder manager and business partner
  • Someone proactive who’s comfortable in changing environments
