First time I have use Headstar as its the first time I have been unemployed.
I applied for a temporary 3 month job.
A lady called Rachel rang me and explained everything to me, then arranged for an interview on teams. I'm not very experienced with interviews, but Rachel put me at ease, and was so friendly and helpful. She has been very supportive all the way through, to sending my CV and sorting my interview with the company. Then following up to see how it went and with my starting.
