Interim FD

You’d think a £30m turnover business would have cash flow nailed down by now.

They don’t.

That’s where you come in.

They need an Interim Finance Director, someone who can walk into a fast-paced, privately-owned setup in Central London and get to grips with cash flow management before the numbers start managing them.

You’ll be the steady hand that builds a robust model in Excel (and yes, that means more than a few tabs, lookups, and sensitivity analysis, not just colourful formatting).

You’ll also be working closely with the FC to prep for budgets and year-end. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s critical. And if you’re the sort of FD who gets a kick out of bringing control and clarity to chaos, you’ll enjoy this.

It’s 5 days a week on site – no hiding behind Teams calls or “dropping in on Thursdays.” They want someone who can be in the thick of it, sleeves rolled up, asking awkward questions, and fixing things properly.

Initially, 2 months. It might be longer if you make yourself indispensable.

Day rate: £400–£600 (depending on how much ‘been there done it’ and Excel wizardry you bring).

If this sounds like your kind of challenge. Apply now or contact Karen for more information.
