Due to an upcoming retirement, this independent practice, with a turnover of £4m, is looking for you to join as an Audit Partner. You’ll be one of six business leaders with significant influence over the department and the direction of the business. You’ll inherit a ready-to-go portfolio of around 50 owner-managed businesses, each with turnovers up to £50m.
You’ll be leading a team of 20 alongside another Audit Partner, delivering high-quality audits, and you’ll need the passion to nurture and grow the team with the aim of doubling the fee base in the next 5-10 years. With 2 more RI’s coming through the ranks, you’ll have plenty of support in doing so.
In return, you’ll have a path to equity in a business committed to remaining independent.
