HerFinance Circle was founded by Headstar in 2025 to bring together senior finance women in a supportive, peer-led environment to share insights, experience and practical learning.
Following continued growth of the community – now over 150 women strong – we have listened to feedback and scheduled a range of morning and evening events to suit different working patterns and commitments. Evening sessions will also provide additional time for networking after the speaker session.

March Event – A Quick Preview
Our March HerFinance Circle event, Confident Conversations, will be led by Diane Coolican, founder of RedSky Leadership Development.
Diane has 20+ years’ experience working with senior leaders across finance and beyond, and previously led Training and Development at Arcadia Group. Expect a practical session focused on the conversations senior finance leaders deal with every week – being heard, influencing with confidence, and challenging effectively without coming across as defensive or confrontational.
