One of the things that makes HerFinance Circle different is the opportunity to hear directly from experienced professionals who combine technical expertise with real-world leadership experience.
At our upcoming CPD-accredited event, HerFinance Circle: Investing in Yourself – Coaching & Financial Planning, we will be welcoming three expert speakers who will share practical insights into leadership coaching and financial planning, alongside plenty of opportunities to network with fellow senior female finance professionals.
Meet Bianca Spruit from Sprout Coaching
Bianca Spruit, Leadership Consultant and Coach at Sprout Coaching, helps growing businesses build leaders capable of scaling alongside the organisation.
With more than 20 years’ experience in technology leadership, she now works with founders, executives, and leadership teams to reduce dependency on senior leaders by building ownership, better decision-making, and stronger leadership capability. Her clients include organisations in technology and financial services, including Mastercard and Lloyds Banking Group, and she mentors founders through FinTech North.
In her highly interactive session, Coaching: The Highest ROI Leadership Skill You’ll Learn, Bianca will show how coaching transforms the quality of conversations, helping leaders develop people, influence change, and create lasting impact within the businesses they support.
Meet Emma Indergaard & Judith Randall from Schofield Money
The second session will be delivered by Emma Indergaard, Financial Planner, Chartered ALIBF, and Judith Randall, Business Development Manager, both from Schofield Money.
Emma Indergaard has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, beginning her career with large blue‑chip organisations before joining Schofield Money in 2010. She provides holistic financial advice to both business owners and individual clients, taking the time to understand their goals and objectives so she can deliver the most effective financial plan for both their current needs and long‑term aspirations. Emma is known for her thoughtful, client‑centred approach and her commitment to helping people make confident, well‑informed decisions.
Away from work, Emma loves spending time with her family and her horses, which bring balance, joy, and plenty of muddy boots to her life.
Judith Randall is a relationship‑focused Business Development Manager at Schofield Money, where she helps clients feel informed, supported, and confident about their financial future. With a background spanning business development, events, and project delivery, she brings clarity, warmth, and strong communication to every interaction. She is known for creating engaging client experiences. Outside work, Judith’s life revolves around her two teenage boys and their busy world of sport. When she’s not pitch‑side or acting as family taxi driver, she enjoys golf and has recently embraced the fast‑growing excitement of padel.
Together they’ll deliver Interactive Financial Planning, an engaging gameshow-style session exploring tax planning, inheritance considerations and strategies for building and protecting long-term wealth. Everyone in the room becomes part of the quiz, with the chance to test their knowledge, learn something genuinely useful, and even win a great prize at the end. It’s financial planning… but not as you’ve seen it before.
Join the Next HerFinance Circle Networking Event
Alongside both sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to network with senior female finance professionals from across Yorkshire over breakfast and refreshments.
As a CPD-accredited event (by the CPD Certification Service), attendance also provides 1.5 hours of recognised CPD learning.
The event takes place on Wednesday 30th September, from 8.30am – 11.30am at Box in Leeds. Tickets are just £10 + VAT and as places are limited, we’d recommend booking early.
