Our very own Natalie McGregor, Commercial Director, was recently celebrated in the Yorkshire Business Insider’s 42 Under 42 Class of 2025, receiving an exclusive invite to their annual dinner last Thursday 17th April, held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.
This prestigious event brought together an exceptional group of Yorkshire’s brightest business leaders and entrepreneurs, all under the age of 42, who are making waves across their different industries and contributing to the region’s growing economic landscape.

The dinner, now in its 20th year, serves as both a celebration of the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2025 and a powerful networking opportunity for the next generation of business leaders. Natalie was joined by other recipients of this year’s recognition, in what was an inspiring evening of conversation and connection.

As Headstar’s Commercial Director, Natalie’s leadership has been central to the company’s growth and success. Over the course of 18 years in the recruitment industry, she has helped shape a culture that values flexibility, inclusivity, and people-first leadership.
Under her guidance, Headstar has implemented flexible working practices that benefit over half of the team, and the company has made notable strides toward gender diversity, with 60% of the board now female. Beyond business growth, Natalie has spearheaded a new charity partnership with Smart Works Leeds, supporting women back into the workforce.
