Interim FP&A Manager – 𝟲-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗧𝗖

Looking for an FP&A role where you can own the analysis, influence decisions, and actually make an impact?

I’m working with a fast-growing, PE-backed, multi-site business in Leeds that needs a hands-on FP&A professional to step in and take control of reporting and insight during a key period.

This isn’t a build-from-scratch role- the foundations are there. Your job is to own it, enhance it, and turn numbers into real commercial insight.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning P&L and performance analysis across multiple sites
  • Supporting budgeting & forecasting cycles
  • Analysing promotions and commercial performance
  • Delivering clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders
  • Producing high-quality reports & dashboards (Excel + Power BI)

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong FP&A / commercial finance background
  • Excellent Excel skills (non-negotiable)
  • Confident stakeholder manager- able to influence and challenge
  • Power BI exposure is a bonus
  • Qualified or strong QBE considered
