Interim FP&A Manager – 𝟲-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗧𝗖

I’m working with a fast-growing, PE-backed, multi-site business in Leeds that needs a hands-on FP&A professional to step in and take control of reporting and insight during a key period.
This isn’t a build-from-scratch role- the foundations are there. Your job is to own it, enhance it, and turn numbers into real commercial insight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning P&L and performance analysis across multiple sites
- Supporting budgeting & forecasting cycles
- Analysing promotions and commercial performance
- Delivering clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders
- Producing high-quality reports & dashboards (Excel + Power BI)
What they’re looking for:
- Strong FP&A / commercial finance background
- Excellent Excel skills (non-negotiable)
- Confident stakeholder manager- able to influence and challenge
- Power BI exposure is a bonus
- Qualified or strong QBE considered
