Ross is working with a PE-backed, multi-site business based in Leeds that’s continuing to scale and needs a strong Financial Controller to support the finance function during a busy period.

✔️Hybrid (3 days on-site)
✔️ 3–6 month contract
✔️ Potential to go permanent

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning financial control & month-end delivery
• Ensuring balance sheet integrity & accurate reporting
• Supporting and guiding a small finance team
• Improving processes and reporting
•  Working closely with senior leadership

What they need:

• Experienced Financial Controller used to fast-paced environments
• Strong on controls, reporting, and problem-solving
• Confident team leader
• Sage Intacct experience beneficial
• Calm, organised, and proactive
