They’re looking for a Financial Controller to join the senior leadership team – someone who can partner closely with operations, lead financial planning and reporting, and help drive performance through insight, challenge, and collaboration.

It’s a hands-on, visible role. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting, manage site controls, oversee capital and overhead reporting, and support continuous improvement across systems and processes. You’ll also line-manage a Financial Accountant and work closely with teams across production and supply chain to embed strong financial discipline.

To thrive here, you’ll need to be:

• Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Experienced in manufacturing or FMCG finance, with a solid grasp of costings, variance analysis, and inventory
• Comfortable using ERP systems and advanced Excel (Power BI experience a bonus)
• A confident communicator who can influence, coach, and build credibility across all levels
• Pragmatic, commercially focused, and ready to get involved in the detail when needed
• You’ll be site-based full time – this is an operational role that works best when you’re close to the action.

The Package:

• Up to £70,000 salary package
