This is a role for someone who likes building things better, not just keeping them ticking over.

The business is growing fast. It’s entrepreneurial, ambitious, and constantly evolving. Finance needs to keep pace – and that’s where you come in.

You’ll take ownership of the finance function and make it fit for the future.

Duties:

• Get under the skin of the numbers and make sense of what’s really happening.
• Create visibility around cash, profitability, and performance.
• Build consolidated reporting across multiple entities and make sure group numbers stack up.
• Handle the complexities of intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support acquisitions – integrating new businesses into the group structure without breaking the flow.
• Partner with senior leaders (including the founder) to influence decisions and drive growth.

It’s hands-on, it’s varied, and it’s not for someone who needs everything mapped out in advance.

You’ll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who’s comfortable in a “fix and improve” environment. Someone who enjoys solving problems as much as delivering results.

You’ll need resilience when priorities shift, curiosity to ask the right questions, and confidence to make decisions when the answers aren’t obvious.

£60,000 – £65,000 salary. Opportunities to develop your career. Exposure to supporting with the strategic growth of a business.
