Itโs a proper, hands-on finance role in a profitable, founder-led business where:

Youโll be working between two simple, high-performing businesses with strong recurring income, clean cost bases, and ambitious growth plans. Both are already highly profitable. They need someone to own the finance, tighten controls, and give them absolute confidence in the data.
The role:
Youโll report directly to the owner (who acts as Finance Director), meaning short reporting lines, fast decisions, and zero politics.
What you’ll actually do:
- Run day-to-day accounting and transactional finance
- Own membership / recurring income data and direct debits
- Track overheads and key cost drivers
- Prepare monthly management accounts and submitting to the Finance Director for review (Xero + Excel)
- Monitor cash flow and banking controls
- Pull together operational data (staff hours, utilities, etc.) to support margin protection
- Keep processes clean, consistent, and reliable
Payroll is outsourced. Systems are already in place. Youโre improving and owning, not firefighting.
