This isnโt about โraising invoicesโ. this is about owning the engine room of revenue.
As a Billing Manager, youโll be leading a billing team who are responsible for a high volume of invoices.
Youโll be the person who makes sure revenue doesnโt leak, month-end doesnโt wobble, and acquisitions donโt derail process.
What will you be doing:ย
- Leading and developing a billing team to deliver accuracy at scale
- Overseeing high-volume invoice processing
- Raising complex revenue invoices, journals and credit notes
- Partnering with operational and finance stakeholders across multiple sites
- Working alongside credit control to drive down aged debt
- Reviewing and refining systems and processes to improve control and efficiency
- Acting as the billing lead during acquisitions and integrations
- Liaising with system support partners to ensure seamless month-end cycles
- Reporting performance and risks to senior leadership and board level
- Supporting wider transactional finance initiatives and projects
What do you need:ย
- Experience leading or supervising a finance / transactional team
- Confidence working cross-functionally across finance and operations
- Strong Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups โ you know your way around data)
- Experience with financial systems
- Comfortable in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Exposure to acquisition integration or business change? Even better.
