We’re partnering with an ambitious, multi-site retail business looking for an FD to help shape its next chapter. There’s growth on the agenda. Acquisitions to explore. And a CEO who wants a genuine commercial partner, not just someone to keep the numbers in check.
So, what do you need to bring?
- A great value creation story. You’ve grown a business, improved margins, driven change or delivered a successful acquisition. And you can tell us exactly what difference you made.
- Multi-site experience. You understand what drives performance on the ground, not just on a spreadsheet.
- Commercial credibility. You’re comfortable challenging a CEO, influencing decisions and getting stuck into the detail.
- Leadership. You know how to build a finance team that adds value across the business. A growth mindset. PE experience would be great, but were more interested in what you’ve achieved.
This is a proper number one finance role. A seat at the top table. Real influence. And the chance to help take a business somewhere exciting. We’re not interested in how impressive your job title sounds. We’re interested in what you’ve actually achieved.
