Numbers, invoices, and organisation – that’s your thing, right? If you’re sharp, detail-focused, and know your way around accounts, this is your next move.

This South Leeds based business need an Invoicing Clerk who can keep the wheels turning and make admin look effortless.

What will you be doing: 

  • Raising and issuing invoices to clients and customers
  • Managing accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments
  • Reconciling payments and assisting with credit control
  • Keeping accurate records, VAT documents, and general admin up to date
  • Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Supporting bookkeeping and wider finance functions as needed

What do you need: 

  • Experience in sales invoicing, accounts, or bookkeeping
  • Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy matters
  • Strong communication skills, you’re comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues professionally
  • Comfortable using accounting software
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
