As a Finance Manager you will report into the Managing Director and have 1 direct report (Accounts Assistant).
Your focus will be supporting your team with KPI improvement, completing management accounts, and ensuring the transactional processes are running smoothly. With lots of change on the horizon, no two days will be the same. And, given your determined and inquisitive nature, you will be coming into the business with a wealth of ideas to improve existing processes.
Support will be on hand if needed as their Portfolio FD will be there to guide you.
You will either be fully qualified or Qualified by experience with a background in manufacturing or engineering SME’s/
You will be offered a salary up to £50,000 with 1 day working from home.
