As a Credit Controller, you’ll be the one ensuring cash flow stays strong, minimising risk, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You won’t just send emails and hope for the best, you’ll take a proactive approach, chasing outstanding debts, resolving payment disputes, and making sure records are spotless.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure invoices are accurate, monitor aged debt reports, and step in before things get out of hand. You’ll have the confidence to escalate issues when needed and the mindset to constantly look for ways to improve the process.

In return, you’ll earn an annual salary of up to £32k and be part of a growing company that values accuracy, teamwork, and delivering results. You’ll have 25 days holiday + birthday + BH’s, and hybrid working. You’ll get access to medical insurance and various staff discounts.
