About the role:

• As Payroll Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll.
• You’ll work closely with HR and Finance teams, acting as the key point of contact between internal departments and the outsourced payroll provider.
• Your day-to-day will involve gathering and validating payroll data, handling queries, updating employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a payroll role, ideally working with outsourced providers
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
• Good understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and best practices
• Confident communication skills – you’ll be liaising with people across the business
• Comfortable using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

• Salary of £26,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
