Part-time Interim Finance Director – 2-3 days a week (Outside IR35)

A game-changing transaction in motion, now they need the right interim Finance Director to see it through.

This client needs an experienced Interim Finance Director to help them navigate some exciting and complex financial projects over the next three to four months (potentially longer).

This isn’t a BAU role, it’s a juicy, high-impact project with an amazing brand. You’ll be shaping key financial decisions and making a real difference.

They’ve got a great Financial Controller who can handle the day-to-day, but they need someone at FD level for around two to three days a week to focus on high-impact project work.

You’ll be rolling up your sleeves to tackle:

  • The sale transaction
  • Governance restructuring
  • A tax project that needs top-level expertise
  • Prioritise and manage cashflows challenges daily
  • Offering strategic financial advice to the CEO and finance team

If you’re great at handling big deals and tricky financial challenges, this is right up your street.
