We’re looking for an experienced Interim Head of Finance to step into a dynamic, private equity-backed business and keep the moving at full speed. If you’re an ex-FD with a knack for M&A, know your way around the private equity scene, and can hit the ground running, this could be your next interim gig.
What you’ll do:
Roll up your sleeves and lead a capable, steady finance team, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Take ownership of all things finance so the CFO can focus on strategy and growth.
Bring your expertise to M&A processes, ensuring you opportunities and make decisions that drive value.
What you bring to the table:
ACA-qualified, ideally, strong experience in private equity environments, you know the demands, pace, and nuance of working with PE-backed businesses.
A solid background as an FD or similar, with proven expertise in M&A, strategic financial leadership, and team management.
A “muck-in” attitude – no task is too small, and no challenge too big.
A talent for adding value from day one and an understanding of how to make an impact in an interim capacity.
