Interim FP&A Manager (3-6 months)

Are you a heavyweight interim FP&A pro who’s seen it all and knows how to make an instant impact?

We need an experienced interim no-nonsense expert to step in, take charge, and steer the financial strategy of a fast-moving, people-first business. For the next 3-6 months, you’ll be running the show when it comes to forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Help senior leaders make smart money decisions with clear, straight-up advice.
  • Own the budget, forecasts, and long-term planning, keeping the business on track and making money.
  • Work closely with teams to make sure finance isn’t just a roadblock but actually helps.
  • Spot trends, risks, and opportunities before they become problems.
  • Turn data into real, useful insights, not pointless reports no one reads.
  • Build financial models that help the business grow, not just look good in a spreadsheet.
  • Give leadership the truth behind the numbers, no sugarcoating.
