If you can whip up a set of monthly management accounts like a master chef in a kitchen, we want to hear from you. You’ve been around the block and know your way around a construction site’s financials.
You’re quick, efficient, and can deliver results faster than a project deadline.
- Produce a set of monthly management accounts that would make any accountant proud. This includes actuals, forecasts, and everything in between.
- Be the CIS guru, ensuring they’re always in line with HMRC regulations.
- Dive deep into the P&L statements like you’re searching for treasure. Find the gold and let them know where the leaks are.
- Balance sheets are your playground. You’ll know them inside and out, left to right, and probably in your sleep.
- Keep an eagle eye on the cash flow for each site and for the Group as a whole. Make sure they have the cash they need to keep building.
