With multiple entities under one group, finance plays a crucial role in ensuring the business runs smoothly, scales effectively, and stays compliant. You’ll oversee everything from management accounts and payroll to tax compliance and audits, while also advising senior leadership on strategic decisions, system improvements, and potential acquisitions. There’s a small, capable team in place, but they need a leader who can bring structure, clarity, and commercial focus.
You’ll be working directly with the senior leadership team, providing financial insight and ensuring key business decisions are backed by robust data. This role requires someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo. Experience in a regulated business would be an advantage, but what really matters is your ability to drive change, manage financial controls, and improve processes.
