• Guiding the finance team to up their game while hitting deadlines with precision.
• Spending less time in the weeds of reporting and more time driving strategic growth.
• Spotting inefficiencies and sorting them out like the financial problem-solver you are.

What they’re looking for:

• You’re fully qualified—CIMA, ACCA, ACA—no exceptions.
• You’ve run a finance function for a business pulling in £25m+ in revenue.
• You get the complexities of international group setups and consolidated reporting.
• Manufacturing isn’t new to you—you understand production, raw materials, and inventory management.
