FP&A Anaylst
4 days in the office
Are you a numbers person who actually gets people? We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst who is as comfortable with Excel and can help people in the business make sense of data and use it to make better decisions. In this role, it’s all about understanding what drives the business, they prioritise commercial acumen over technical accounting knowledge. You’ll be part of a small, mighty team in a role that’s all about driving commercial impact. This isn’t about deep-diving into technical accounting (we’ll leave that to others) instead, it’s about helping the business make sharper, faster decisions.
You’ll be forecasting & budgeting, by helping them see what’s coming around the corner with smart forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Work closely with business leaders, translating financial data into something they can use, and you’ll bring value beyond just “the numbers.” With an eye on what’s best for the business, you’ll help guide strategy with impactful analysis and savvy advice.
You’re not just comfortable with Excel, you own it. And Power BI? You’re the one everyone turns to when they need those perfect visualisations. You’re a natural communicator, authentic, and can make complex concepts sound simple. You see the big picture, spotting opportunities and risks, not just numbers on a sheet.
Imagine a role where you’re not just crunching numbers but are part of shaping a growing business with an awesome culture. You’ll have exposure to a US corporate, but with a relaxed, seaside vibe (yes, you can pop to the coast for lunch if you’re quick!). This isn’t a dead-end role. As the business grows, so will you with opportunities to carve out your own path, they’re not just offering a job, they’re offering a career with serious potential opportunities abroad if you want it.
