The business has outgrown the model and needs an in-house finance function to provide real commercial insight, cash flow forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
That’s where you come in. As their first dedicated Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the numbers, introduce proper financial controls, and start asking the questions no one else is:
- Why are we spending money on this?
- Can we negotiate better supplier contracts?
- How do we scale without wasting cash?
