Finance Systems Consultant (Netsuite)

Interim – 3+ month contract.

If you’ve ever muttered “this process should be automated” while staring at a spreadsheet for the fifth time this week — we’ve got your kind of role.

This isn’t just another Finance Systems job, and you won’t be just another cog in the machine. You’ll be the go-to NetSuite wizard in a business that’s evolving fast, scaling smarter, and putting tech (and people) at the centre of its growth.

They’ve been around since the 80s, but don’t let that fool you — this is no old-school legacy beast. Think more “agile powerhouse with a hospitality empire and a property pipeline that makes headlines.” From five-star resorts and Michelin-approved restaurants to multi-million-euro developments, this company’s portfolio is wide, and it’s only getting bigger (London’s next, just saying).

What’s the gig?

  • You’ll be leading the charge on all things NetSuite. From implementation and optimisation to reporting, integration, and training – if it touches finance and lives in the system, it’s your playground.
  • You’ll work directly with stakeholders across hospitality, real estate, healthcare, and more. That means variety, responsibility, and visibility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and optimising NetSuite across the Group
  • Customising dashboards, workflows, and reporting to match business needs
  • Partnering with finance teams to improve accuracy, speed, and insight
  • Supporting new rollouts and expansion across departments
  • Identifying where automation and smarter systems can save time (and sanity)

What you’ll need:

  • NetSuite accreditation – this is a must
  • Hands-on experience rolling out, configuring, and optimising NetSuite in a complex organisation
  • A finance background – doesn’t matter if you came from practice or industry, just that you speak the language
  • A problem-solving brain and a “don’t just accept it, improve it” attitude

 Bonus points for:

  • Hospitality or real estate experience (or both)
  • Surviving a multi-entity, multi-currency environment and still smiling
  • Making your last finance team say, “we didn’t know we needed that, but now we can’t live without it”
