Finance/HR Admin (3-4 days per week)

There’s a temporary role just outside York in Easingwold that could be your perfect fit. It’s busy, it’s varied, and it could become permanent if it’s the right match.
You’ll earn the equivalent of £26,000 – £27,000 (pro-rata) a year, and while it starts as a temporary position, there’s clear potential for it to turn into something long-term.
Your day-to-day will be hands-on and people-focused. You’ll be preparing timesheets, handling petty cash, updating HR systems and supporting payroll. You’ll also be keeping tabs on staff records, DBS checks, holidays, and making sure visitors are welcomed and looked after.
It’s the kind of role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will really shine. If you’ve got experience using systems like SOLDO or HR databases (such as Frontier), even better – but what matters most is your ability to get stuck in and keep the wheels turning.
You don’t need to be CIPD-qualified, but you should be confident with admin and comfortable handling confidential information. A solid background in office support, HR admin or payroll would put you in a strong position.
