You’ve been in the game a couple of years. You know your way around month-end, journals, reconciliations—you’re confident, competent, and itching for more.

This fast-growing business (anonymous for now) is international, ambitious, and running lean. They need someone who can jump in, take ownership, and help tighten up processes while keeping the day-to-day ticking along.

You’ll report into the Finance Manager and work across multiple entities with plenty of exposure and variety. It’s the kind of role where you won’t get bored.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, variance analysis)
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
• Handling multi-currency invoices and expenses
• Supporting year-end and audit prep
• Mentoring a junior team member
• Getting involved in process improvements and project work

If you’re part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA), great. If not—but you’ve got experience and drive—still apply.

You won’t need to be an expert in any one accounting system. If you can pick things up quickly and ask smart questions, you’ll be fine.

This isn’t a back-office number-cruncher job. It’s a step up.
