This role is for a part-qualified accountant who wants more than just reconciliations and reports. Yes, you’ll do the numbers — but you’ll also help shape the strategy.

I’m hiring for a manufacturing business that actually wants their finance people involved in commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with senior management and have real input on how things run — and how they could run better.

You’ll be:

• Owning month-end and balance sheet recs
• Managing cash, controls, and improving systems
• Leading and developing the accounts team
• Driving projects, cutting waste, and improving efficiency
• Translating finance into plain English for non-finance people

You’ll need to be:

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA or similar)
• Commercially switched on
• Confident supporting people and pushing for change
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in
• Bonus points for: Navision, Phocas, and manufacturing experience.
