You’ll be right at the heart of fund invoice workflows, managing chargebacks and recharges. You won’t just be processing invoices – you’ll be streamlining, problem-solving, and making things better in an evolving team that’s got plenty of room for your ideas.
Processes are in place, but this is your chance to finesse, fine-tune, and help build something truly slick.
Day to day, you’ll be allocating invoices and making sure everything is in the right place. You’ll handle chargebacks and recharges, working closely with treasury, financial controllers, and vendors to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll also be keeping audit and compliance records up to scratch, onboarding vendors, handling security callbacks, and managing settlement data.
On top of that, you’ll be the main point of contact for all invoice communications, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You have solid experience in accounts payable and know your way around an invoice and can handle automation systems with confidence.
You’ll need to be comfortable with financial software, from ERP systems to invoice platforms and Excel. Attention to detail is a must, and you should have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure. Communication skills are key too, as you’ll be working with stakeholders across the business.
